When you reserve 10 Royal Club rooms for 4 nights at the Grand Xcaret we will give you a complimentary wedding package including:
– Wedding coordinator services
– Decoration of wedding location (gazebo, or other hotel setting)
– Two table-top flower arrangements
– White decoration for table and chairs
– Bridal bouquet & Groom’s boutonniere
– CD or tape player available for use
Ceremony & Judge services
– Witness services upon request
– Marriage License & Certificate – All Spanish documents & legal fees
– Wedding cake for up to 20 people
– Domestic champagne during the ceremony-reception (up to 4 bottles maximum)
– Dinner reservation and set-up for entire wedding party
– Full American breakfast in bed for wedding couple (once per stay)
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR WEDDINGS IN THE RIVIERA MAYA, MEXICO
* Passport or notorized birth certificate with a raised seal – these documents will need to be translated in Spanish by an official government translator or at the nearest Mexican Consulate/Embassy
* Tourist card provided by the airline or upon arrival
* Occupations and home addresses of both the bride and groom
* Blood test is mandatory, and must be taken locally in Mexico. This test costs approximately $103 per couple, and this cost is not included in any of our wedding programs.
* Names, addresses, and nationalities of both sets of parents (groom and bride)
* 4 witnesses will be needed and can be provided by the hotel. The following information will be needed from witnesses: names, addresses, ages, nationalities, and tourist cards & documents (passports or IDs with notarized birth certificates)
* Witnesses must have their birth certificates notarized at a Mexican Embassy or Consulate, and also translated into Spanish.
* If the witness is a Mexican citizen, only a photo ID is required.
* The bride, groom, and witnesses must be present in Mexico at the hotel at least 3 working days prior to the wedding day (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). The hotel will need all orginal documents required, and one photocopy.
* Final divorce decree if either party is divorced; death certificate if either party is widowed
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
In order to receive the Free Wedding Package, guests must book at least 10 rooms for 4 nights in the Royal Club. Legal fees for documents are for Spanish documents; extra charges apply if guests want an English translation.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR THE WEDDING
• Passports and Birth Certificate.
• Tourist card.
• Final records of divorced (if some of parts are divorced)
• Death Certificate (if some of parts are widower or widow)
• Blood Test (the blood test can be done at the hotel with extra cost , if you bring it from your country)
• Four witness (needs Passport, Birth Certificate and Tourist Card)
If you want of our employees can be witnesses, is with extra charge.
All necessary paperwork is handled directly by your Wedding Coordinator. We require
A minimum of 3 working days notices to complete all formalities. The Bride, Groom and
Witnesses are required to be at the Occidental Flamenco Xcaret a minimum of 3 working
days prior to the ceremony.
